Senior Management

Mr. Sandip Dutta, General Manager (Operations), B Sc

i) More than 12 years of professional exposure in the present MFI. He is the overall-in-charge of Field Operations. He performed duties at various capacities/ positions viz; as community organizer, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager and Field Operations Director and  Programme Co-ordinator.
ii) Holding the reliable position in the second line management & key management.
iii) Attended In-House Training for 10 times on Fund Management, Leadership Development, Staff Capacity Building, Delinquency Management, Port-Folio Management and Fund Flow Management.
iv) Attended training program on Field Level MF operation.
v) Attended training Programme on Micro Finance Programme conducted by BASIX.

vi) Attended several seminars conducted by different banks / FIs / NGOs.

Mr. Swapan Chakraborty, General Manager(MIS), M.Com, LLB, CAIIB, MBA (F)

• Worked as Finance Executive in Goodyear Tyre Ltd. with major responsibility in assessment of local vendors and affairs related thereto.
• 25 years service in a leading public sector bank in various capacities from Junior Officer to Chief Officer in operational matters and 6 years as faculty in Staff Training College of the Bank.
• As senior faculty of Finance & Accounts Department. of a management institute. Joined the organisation in 2012. Looking after MIS and periodical review thereof, controlling of entire Internal Audit work & timely compliance of various observations of the audit team, to hold meeting with field officers regarding improvement in operations and business development, to keep the Board/top management apprised the progress thereof etc. To keep close watch on meaningful implementation of project, plan & budget.

Ms. Jhuma Ghosh, DGM - HR, MBA (HR)

i) Six years’ experience in Aviation Industry.
ii) Attended Seminars conducted by SIDBI.
iii) Successful completion of training on ‘International Fund raising & Project Proposal Writing’ conducted by Nice Foundation.
iv) Attended workshop on effective presentation of skills conducted by the British Council.
v) Attended the training programme on Investment Readiness Workshop organized by Access
vi) Attended training programme organized by CRISIL, Access and IFMR on Securitization of Micro loan Associated with the present MFI for more than 6 yrs. Acting as Overall in charge of entire HR related matters right from planning, selection and recruitment, training, appraisal, promotion, increments, other staff related matters like bonus, PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim, death claim, transfers, resignation etc. and issuance of various circulars. To maintain liaison with Bank/FIs regarding the finance part, controlling of website, software development, drafting of annual report etc. Liaison with external rating agency for periodical review of ratings etc. Holding reliable position in Key Management of the organisation.

Mr. Sujit Haldar, DGM- Business Development, BA

i) More than 11 years in the present MF Organization - experienced from grass root level. Performed the duties at various capacities in the position of Community organizer(CO), BM, RM & DM, Internal Audit Head, and Business Development Manager.
ii) Attended in-house Training several times on Leadership development, Staff Capacity Building, Delinquency Management, Port-Folio Management.
iii) Exposure visit to BASIX.
iv) Attended training program on Field Level MF operation. Present Role - Total survey of area, exploring the possibility of opening new branch/ branches in new district or state, all other developmental work related to business expansion. Key role in implementing the software for on-line reporting of entire data related to field operations.
